I am a psychoanalytic psychotherapist with a background in mental health and crisis intervention and I undertook a rigorous, in-depth training in psychoanalytic and Jungian psychotherapy, supported by extensive supervision throughout.

Over the years, I have worked in a therapeutic community—supporting a shared living environment where residents explored their emotional lives together—within the tradition of critical psychiatry developed by R.D. Laing, Joseph Berke, and Franco Basaglia.

I have also coordinated a low-cost psychotherapy service in North London, and managed a mental health helpline, where I was responsible for the delivery of training and supervision of volunteers as well as the development of the service.

Alongside my private practice, I currently teach clinical theory and practice and act as tutor on psychotherapy training programmes.

My approach is reflective and contemplative. I aim to create a space where you can explore the deeper roots of emotional pain, confusion, or stuckness—supporting both symptom relief and a deeper understanding of what your difficulties may be expressing.

My orientation is grounded in psychoanalysis and the Jungian school of analytic psychology. I'm interested in unconscious patterns, early relationships, symbolic life, and the ways in which past experiences—both personal and intergenerational—can shape how we relate to ourselves and others in the present.

Beyond clinical work, I have a long-standing interest in how we make meaning through story, memory, imagination, and our connection with the natural world. I'm particularly drawn to questions around identity, creativity, trauma, and the emotional impact of ecological and social change.

I speak both English and Italian, and see clients in person at two locations: East London and North London. Both locations are just a few minutes’ walk from public transport. I also offer sessions online. Sessions can take place weekly or more frequently, if we agree that’s the right pace.
